中车资阳机车有限公司澳大利亚机车空调机组KLD5.0，采用半封闭往复式压缩机，制冷剂为氧利昂R134a，在各种恶劣环境良好的运行。

澳大利亚机车空调机组主要部件包括半封闭往复式压缩机、蒸发器、冷凝器、干燥过滤器、轴流式冷凝风机、离心式通风机、电加热器、高压压力开关、低压压力开关等部件组成的空调系统，空调机组系统结构紧凑，性能稳定，能够在有风、细尘、暴雨、雪天气状况、沙漠地区及其他存在污染物的环境中正常工作。机车空调机组采用SUS304不锈钢板制成，机械强度高、耐磨性强、表面平整度小于1mm。制冷系统部件及配管采用银纤焊连接，空调机组设计为顶置单元式，出风口设在机组的底部，新风口设在机组的两侧，回风口设在机组底部，新风口和回风口处均装有过滤网，并且过滤网可重复清洗并易于拆装，满足当地风沙环境的要求。

The cooling systemcomponents and piping are connected by silver brazing. The ai-conditioning unit is designed as a top-mounted unit, The air outlet is locatedat the botom of the unit. the fresh cir outlet is ocated on both sides of the unit, the return air inlet is ocated at the bottom of the unit. Afresh air outle and the return air outlet are equipped with a fiter, and the flter can be cleaned repeatedly and easly disassembled to meetthe requirements of the local wind and sand environment.
